These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Runnr. platform, operated by iAppLabs. By using Runnr., you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Runnr. platform ("Service"), operated by iAppLabs ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Runnr. is a running community platform that connects runners, crews, and supporters. The Service provides features including run tracking, crew management, event coordination, leaderboards, training plans, and community interaction tools. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, and you should consult a healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately at support@iapplabs.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("User Content"), including run data, photos, crew posts, and profile information. By making User Content available on Runnr., you grant iAppLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your User Content solely in connection with the operation of the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit and that your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; (b) post content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (e) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated means without prior written consent; (f) upload or distribute malware or malicious code; (g) use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam; (h) impersonate any person or entity; (i) fabricate run data, distances, or times to manipulate leaderboards; or (j) engage in any activity that could damage or impair the Service.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time. iAppLabs reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice.
7. Intellectual Property of iAppLabs
The Runnr. name, logo, branding, platform design, source code, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of iAppLabs and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service without our express written permission.
8. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Runnr. provides tools for tracking running activities and connecting with other runners. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You acknowledge that running and physical exercise carry inherent risks of injury. You are solely responsible for assessing your own physical condition and the safety of any running route or activity. iAppLabs is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may arise from your use of the Service or participation in running activities.
9. Termination
iAppLabs may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IAPPLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING DAMAGES ARISING FROM INJURIES DURING RUNNING ACTIVITIES, INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, OR RELIANCE ON PLATFORM CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer protection rights under your local jurisdiction.
